SALAMA Community Association
SALAMA Community Association, proudly based in Toronto, Canada, is a Federally registered charitable organization devoted to uplifting and empowering individuals across our diverse community. With a deep commitment to compassion, inclusion, and service, we focus on meeting the needs of seniors, youth, and new immigrants—supporting them as they navigate life’s challenges and build brighter futures in Canada.
Additionally, we organize cultural, religious, and social events to foster a sense of belonging and unity within the community.
One of our key initiatives is the “Janaza” program, which helps offset Islamic burial and bereavement costs through community funding and donations. At SALAMA, we are committed to building a compassionate and inclusive community in Toronto, where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and feel supported.
